Please be aware this is a commercial farm and farming has uncontrollable elements such as weather which affects the annual crop. As an owner of your tree you will experience these same farming hazards. In the event the crop is small, hailed on, or otherwise restricted your personal annual harvest may be affected. We will do whatever we can to counter the effect of a difficult crop year.
Disclaimer Statement
Each owner who signs up for the annual tree ownership will be required to sign a Disclaimer Statement which covers several potential dangers. These include but are not limited to:

Falling off a ladder during harvest.

Bee stings and insect bites.

|
Falling out of trees.
|
|
|
Water damage to vehicles during irrigation.
|
|
|
Swimming accidents. No lifeguards will be on duty.
|
|
|
Routine orchard operations like spraying. No one will be allowed in the orchard while spraying.

|
Possibility of a crop failure due to naturally occurring conditions such as hail and frost.
